CRICKET FEST WEEK COMING SOON!



Our 3rd annual festival of cricket will start 18th August and conclude with our Annual BIG BASH on 25th


Our annual 'Cricket week' The Fleckney Cricket Fest starts 18th August. This year's programme features more games against village opposition and will also include new events including walking cricket for the over 50s and All Stars Cricket games. All events are held at Fleckney Recreation Ground and are free for spectators, donations are very welcome and will be split between Fleckney Village Cricket Club, The Brain Tumour Charity and Fleckney Parish Church.


The events are as follows:


Sun 18th August - 1pm walking cricket (over 50s - all players welcome). 3pm T20 v Fleckney Church XI


Tues 20th - 6.30pm T20 v Fleckney Athletic FC


Weds 21st - 5.30pm Junior softball (9-12 years olds - all welcome) 6.30pm Senior training with Tom Flowers Cricket (All welcome - 13 yr olds and over)


Thurs 22nd - 6.30pm T20 v Fleckney Golden Shield XI


Saturday 24th - 1pm 1st XI v Billesdon


Sunday 25th - BIG BASH 1pm Andy Standly Memorial Trophy T20 3.30pm* All Stars (5-8 year olds - all welcome) and Soft ball (9 - 12 year olds - all welcome) 4.30pm* Villagers v Cricketers T10 (All villagers welcome)

Where events are open to everyone, we do mean everyone! No kit is required and all events are free! We want everyone to come and enjoy our friendly family club as much as we do. Please note those under 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
