Sachin Tendulkar. Exemplary Batting ability with exemplary attitude towards cricket and all with a billion hopes on his shoulders carried with pride and humility.

1. Sachin for obvious reasons.
2. Kane Williamson- superb temperament and technique.
3. Malcolm Marshall- hard pushed to find a more skillful pacer.
4. Michael Holding- whispering death- just to see the fear in the eyes of the batsman when he would glide through that run up.
5. Virat Kohli- on a par with the best and sheer passion.
6. Ian Botham- in his prime, as destructive an all rounder as anyone.
7. James Anderson- reliable excellence
8. Muttiah Muralitharan- prodigious talent and match winner.
9. Anil Kumble- miserly and quick thinking spinner.
10. Mahendra Singh Dhoni- master tactician and no slouch with the bat or gloves.
11. Trent Boult- under rated on the World stage as a fantastically skilled exponent of swing bowling.
